摘要 应用超支化结构的理论和分子设计,采用"A2+B3+CA2"缩合反应体系,得到超支化水性聚合物中间体;以此中间体为"支架",利用自由基引发加聚反应,获得端基官能度大、反应活性高、分子链结构特殊、具有良好伸缩和流变性能的超支化结构的丙烯酸类皮革复鞣剂。该复鞣剂的使用可以大幅度降低鞣制时,铬鞣剂用量和鞣制废液的残留Cr3+含量,并降低废液中的残留油脂和染料量,对实现制革工业的清洁化和皮革制品的绿色化具有重要作用。 The hyperbranched aqueous intermediate product was prepared from "A2 + B3 + CA2" condensation reaction according to the molecular design for hyperbranched structure. The acrylated leather retanning agent with hyperbranched structure was synthesized by free radical reaction with the intermediate product as aircraft, which was widely used because of the highly ending group, reaction activity, special molecular bonding structure and anti flexing and fluid deformation properties. Besides, the application of this retanning agent shows that the amount of chroming and Cr^3+ content in the bating waste water could be greatly decreased and the residual oil and dyestuff could also be reduced tremendously, which is very important for the cleaning production of leather industry.
