摘要 对天然红花黄进行了性能测试,探讨了红花黄对铬鞣皮革的染色工艺条件,确定了适合铬鞣革的染色工艺参数,并讨论了不同染色方法对染色效果的影响。试验结果显示:红花黄的溶解性能可达5级,对酸、甲醛及硬水的稳定性较高,渗透性较好,染色后试样的干摩擦牢度达4级,湿摩擦牢度达3~4级,而天然红花黄染料的染色工艺与合成染料染色工艺类似。 The performance of the safflower yellow was tested. The technique parameters of the natural safflower yellow dye on chrome - tanned leather were investigated and confirmed. And the influence of different dyeing methods on the dyeing effect was discussed. The results show that the solubility of the natural safflower yellow dye is 5 grade and it~ permeability, acid stability, formaldehyde stability and hard water stability are good. The dry and wet rubbing fastness is 4 and 3 -4 grade respectively. The dyeing processes of the natural dye are similar to that of the synthetic acid dye.
