独活寄生汤治疗膝关节退行性骨关节病及其对白细胞介素-1的影响

Effect of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction for Knee Retrograde Osteoarthropathy and Its Influence on Intedeukin-1

目的:观察独活寄生汤治疗膝关节退行性骨关节病的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为2组,治疗组30例采用独活寄生汤加减口服,配合外洗药熏洗患处治疗;对照组30例单纯用与治疗组相同的中药熏洗治疗。连续治疗2月后观察比较2组疗效,并观察治疗前后膝关节液中白细胞介素-1(IL-1)的水平变化。结果:治疗组显效18例,好转10例,无效2例,总有效率为93.3%;对照组显效8例,好转13例,无效9例,总有效率为70.0%。2组总有效率比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。治疗组膝关节液IL-1值显著降低(P<0.01),对照组膝关节液IL-1值无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论:独活寄生汤能降低膝关节退行性骨关节病患者膝关节液中IL-1的异常升高,对治疗膝关节退行性骨关节病有较好疗效。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Duhuo Jisheng De- coction(DJD)for knee retrograde osteoarthropathy and its influence on interleukin- 1(IL-1).Methods:Sixty knee retrograde osteoarthropathy patients were equally randomized into two groups:the treatment group received oral use of modified DJD combined with external washing,and the control group received external washing on- ly.The therapeutic effect was compared in the two groups after 2-month treatment, and the changes of IL-1 level in the knee joint fluid were observed before and after treatment.Results:In the treatment group,18 were markedly effective,10 effective and 2 ineffective,and the total effective rate was 93.3%;in the control group,8 were markedly effective,13 effective and 9 ineffective,and the total effective rate was 70.0%,the difference being significant between the two groups(P<0.01). IL-1 level was decreased in the treatment group but remained unchanged in the control group.Conclusion:DJD has a certain effect for the treatment of knee retro- grade osteoarthropathy and can decrease the IL-1 level in the patients knee joint fluid.
