摘要
本文提出了一种处理金属中位移相变形核机制的理论方法.认为晶体中声子可分为普通声子和大振幅声子两类,其中大振幅声子存在失稳机制可能带来晶格失稳导致相变.相变位移波的传播只限于有限几个特殊方向.切变方向也只有有限个,与波矢相对应.据此,给出了位移波矢及切变方向应满足的方程.
A theoritical method dealing with the nucleation processes in the displacive transitions of metals has been raised. The phonons in crystals are classified into two kinds: common phonons and large amplitude phonons.The latter lead to lattice instability and transition. The transition displacive fluctuations can only take several wave vector directions and there are several shear directions corresponding to the wave vectors The equations satisfied by displacing fluctuation wave vectors and shear directions are presented.
