Technical Scheme of Enhancing Oil and Gas Pipeline Patrol Using Radio Positioning Service Technology

人工巡检是保证油气管道安全运营的一项重要工作。通过对原有巡检系统的分析,基于无线位置服务技术,提出一种新的巡检系统架构。无线位置服务技术可以得到用户的位置信息,并将此信息提供给用户本人、通信系统本身或者其他请求得到该用户位置的机构或个人。与原来记录卡巡检系统相比,新的巡检系统具有实时性强、监控直观等优点。文章介绍了新巡检系统的定位技术、系统层次模型、系统功能模块。

Manned patrol is an important work to ensue safe run of oil and gas pipelines. Based on the radio positioning service technology and analysis on the original patrol system, a new kind of patrol system configuration is developed. Radio positioning service system can provide the user's position information and pass it to the user, communication system or other organizations and personnel requesting the user's position. Compared with the original record card patrol system, the new system has the advantages of better real time function, visual monitor and control abilities. This paper introduces the positioning technique, hierarchy analysis model and functional modules of the new system.
