摘要 针对充水正装法施工浮顶罐时单盘的施工工艺进行了改进,无需在罐内搭设满堂红钢架,而是直接在罐底板上铺设焊接单盘,然后水浮提升单盘。文章分析了该工艺方法的可行性,介绍了施工的具体步骤及要点。实践证明,采用该方法与通常采用的搭设满堂红钢架相比,可节约大量的钢材及施工措施费用,缩短工期,减轻劳动强度。 The construction process of the single pan of a floating roof tank using water filling upwards construction method has been improved. The single pan is laid on tank bottom and welded, than elevated by water buoyancy so that the original full steel framing within the tank is no longer needed. This paper analyses the feasibility of that construction process, describes its concrete steps and key matters. The engineering practice has proved that method, compared with ordinary method of full steel framing within the tank, can save a large amount of steel materials and construction measure costs, shorten project time limit and decrease intensity of labour.
