摘要
对杂多酸(HPA)、五氧化二钒(V2O5)、己烯糖醛酸(HuA)性质、结构进行研究,探讨三者对ClO2漂白的影响,为实现高效率、低污染ClO2漂白提供理论依据。实验结果表明,ClO2漂白过程中添加0.5%~0.6%的杂多酸、0.14%的五氧化二钒助剂和漂前进行适当的酸处理(A)去除纸浆中的己烯糖醛酸都能够提高ClO2的漂白效率。
The properties and structures of hereropoly acid, vanadium pentoxide and hexenuronic acid were investigated ,and their influences on chlorine dioxide bleaching were discussed, which can provide theory bases for high efficient and low pollutinate chlorine dioxide bleaching. This experiement turned our that adding hereropoly acid , vanadium pentoxide or pretreatment with acid can enhance the efficiency of chlorine dioxide bleaching.
