摘要
为了解蝙蝠科种间亲缘关系,采用随机引物对河南省蝙蝠科7种蝙蝠进行DNA多态性研究,从20个随机引物中优化出12个引物对基因组DNA进行扩增,共扩增出223条DNA谱带,平均每个引物扩增出18.6条谱带。RAPD聚类结果表明,种间亲缘关系较远,种内亲缘关系较近。对同种蝙蝠而言,同一地理区域的蝙蝠个体之间分化较小,不同地理区域的蝙蝠个体之间分化较大。同时对鼠耳蝠属和长翼蝠亚科的分类地位也进行了讨论。
RAPD was used to study the phylogenetic relationship of 7 Vespertilionid Bats from different locations in Henan Province. 223 DNA spectrum bands were amplified from twelve primers screened from 20 random primers. The results showed that the relationship was distant between species and nearer in the same species, and there was a little difference in differentiation among different individuals in the same geographical region and was significant difference in differentiation among different individuals in the different geographical region. Meanwhile, the taxonomic status of Myotis and Miniopterinae was discussed in this paper.
