不良施肥情况下烤烟降碱增钾剂对烟叶品质的影响 被引量:3

Effects of the Agent with Fuctions of Decreasing Nicotine and Raising Potassium on Tobacco Quality under Applying Higher Amount of N or Lower Amount of K Fertilizer

摘要 对不良施肥(高N、低K)情况下烤烟降碱增钾剂对烟叶品质的影响进行了研究。结果表明,在施钾量低和施氮量高时制剂能促进烟草根系吸收K和降低根系中烟碱合成酶(ODC、PMT、MPO)的活性。明显降低烟叶中的烟碱含量和提高钾含量,低K时B2F和C3F叶片中钾含量分别提高20.03%和28.01%,高N时B2F和C3F叶片烟碱含量分别降低20.0%和24.5%,致香物质比对照多。 The agent with fuctions of decreasing nicotine and raising potassium was tested under the applying higher amount of N or lower amount of K to investigate its effect on tobacco quality. The results showed that the agent could promote K absorption of the root system and reduce the activity of ODC, PMT and MPO in the root system, and reduce nicotine content and raise potassium content in tobacco leaf. The potassium content in B2F and C3F leaf increases by 20.03% and 28. 01% respectively under applying lower amount of K fertilizer and the nicotine content in B2 F and C3 F leaf decreases by 20.0% and 24.5 % respectively under applying higher amount of N fertilizer.
