Application of Immunological Techniques in Diagnosis Trichinelliasis

旋毛虫病是一种重要的人畜共患寄生虫病,主要是由未加工熟的受感染肉食食品传给人类。综述了在传统病原学检测的基础上,利用现代免疫学方法对旋毛虫病检测的发展过程,对旋毛虫病新的诊断方法进行了展望。

Trichinelliasis is a serious parasitic disease and mainly infects human beings through the uncooked infected meat. This paper reviews the development process of trichinelliasis diagnosis by modern immunological techniques on the basis of the conventional pathogen isolation, and prospects the application of new methods in Trichinelliasis diagnosis.
