微小乳腺癌钙化的钼靶X线分析

Manifestation of Breast Microcancer Calcification by Mammography

目的:提高对微小乳腺癌钙化X线征象的认识。材料与方法:回顾性分析23例以钙化为唯一X线征象的微小乳腺癌的钙化X线特征。结果:泥砂样或针尖样钙化11例(47·82%);杆状或分枝状钙化5例(21·74%),其它混合型7例(30·44%)钙化密度均较低。结论:微小乳腺癌钙化的钼靶X线形态、密度、数目、与分布情况有规律可循,特别是形状、密度对微小乳腺癌的诊断有重要意义。

Purpose To improve the understanding of the X - ray features of breast microcancer calcification. Materials and Methods; The mammographic manifestations of 23 patients with breast microcancer calcification were retrospectively analyzed. Results： Sandlike or pinpoint form calcifications 11 cases （47.82%）; shaft form or branch form calcifications 5 cases （21.74%）. The density of calcification was low. Conclusion; Have the regular pattern to follow of the morphological features, density, number, and distribution of the breast microcancer calcification on mammogram. The morphological features and density of the calcification are of great value for the diagnosis of breast microcancer.
