摘要
分析了ADINA的基本方程和本构关系及求解特征,并对冷冲压拉深成形过程中复杂的边界条件,开发出用于板材深拉深分析的弹塑性有限元程序,通过实验验证了该程序可靠性.若采用该弹塑性有限元程序模拟成形过程,能分析出成形过程中的应力和变形,而判定设计是否可行.
Revealed the elastoplastic stress - strain relation of material, fundamental equation and computing characteristic of ADINA and aiming at the complex boundary condition of module in process of cold drawing, an elastoplastic FEM program was developed for analysis of sheet metal deep drawing. The experiment shows that the program is realiable. With the help of this program, we can not only simulate the process of deep drawing, and analyza the stress and deformation, but also, in the stage of blueprint,deterimine whether the certain plan is feasible or not.
