摘要
用塑料薄膜覆盖板料进行拉深,大大地缓冲了工件表面的局部变形力,减小了板料的局部变形程度,有效地解决了拉深件表面拉毛和拉裂的质量问题,一方面保证了产品的质量;另一方面又节约了模具的制造费用,还不需要增加后续的去油工序。对1 mm左右的薄板拉深件表面质量的提高具有普遍推广应用价值。
Local deformation force and deformation extent of metal plate during the drawing process can be diminished considerably if the plate was enclothed with plastic film. The application can effectively eliminate the surface napping and cracking of metal plate about lmm thick. Moreover the subsequent deoil procedure was not necessary. The product quality was ensured and the manufacturing cost was reduced.
