分析了产品结构及复合延时抽芯的技术设计要点,描述了复合延时抽芯运动过程,阐述了复合延时抽芯这一典型结构的设计理念。
The design of core-pulling mechanism should ensure the accuracy, stability and reliability of mould operation. The product structure and the key technical points in designing a composite delaying core-pulling mechanism were analyzed. The course of movement of the composite delaying core-pulling was described. Then the design concept of the typical composite delaying core-pulling structure was stated.
