摘要
通过建立力学模型,分析了注射压力对模具型芯偏移量的影响,根据材料力学的理论基础,推导了圆形截面型芯最大弯曲变形的计算公式,应用有限元分析软件ANSYS对结果进行验证,为合理确定型芯尺寸提供了理论依据。
The influence of injection pressure on the offset of mould core was analyzed through a mechanical model. A formula for calculating the maximum flexural displacement of circular cross section cores was developed based on the theoretical basis of mechanics of materials. Then using finite element analysis software ANSYS to verify the result. The research provides a theoretical basis for appropriate determination of core dimensions.
