摘要
本文采用电子探针法对新型垂直筛板(New VST)的液滴粒径进行了测试,研究了气相板孔动能因子和板上清液层高度对液滴Sauter平均直径的影响.研究表明,气相板孔动能因子是影响液滴粒度的关键因素:在罩顶,由于液滴是被气体夹带上来的,所以,随气相板孔动能因子的增加,液滴的Sauter平均直径增大;在罩间,随气相板孔动能因子的增加,液滴的Sauter平均直径减小.在罩间,随板上清液层高度的增加,液滴的Sauter平均直径增大.
The liquid droplet size of New Vertical Sieve Tray(New VST) was tested by means of electronic - Probe The results of study indicated that Fo(i. e. gas kinetic enetgy factor of tray holes ),h1 (i. e. clear liquid height above plate) are the major factors which influence the liquid droplet sizes. Above the cover, the Sauter mean diameter D32, increase with Fo. The condition between the covers is in opposite condition. In addition, D32,increases with h1 in the field between the covers.
