摘要
用反乳液聚合法制得了γ— Fe_2O_3/聚丙烯酸盐复合微粒,将其悬浮分散于硅油中形成电流交流体,考察了外加电场强度、粒子化学组成、分散剂等因素对电流交流体的剪切应力及电流密度的影响·结果表明,在其他条件相同的情况下,γ—Fe_2O_3/聚丙烯酸锂盐形成的电流变流体具有较好的电流变效应.
The γ— Fe2O3/polyacrylate composite panicals were prepared by the inversed emulsion polymerization. The particles were then dispersed in silicon oil,formimg the electrorheological fluid(ERF). The effects of the electric field strength, the chemical structure of the particle and the type of the dispersed system on the sheer stress and the current density of the ERFs were studied. The results indicated that the γ— Fe2O3/lithium polyacrylate composite panicals showed the good ERF properties.
