美国煤矿安全生产法治化及对我国的影响

Draw on American Experience to Do Well in Safety in Coal Mine Production

我国煤矿安全生产存在法律体系不完善、技术落后、监管不力、执法不严等问题,而美国煤矿安全生产立法严密、执法严厉、技术先进、政府服务完善。因此,我国应借鉴美国煤矿安全生产法治化经验,完善煤矿安全生产法律体系、严格煤矿安全执法、完善相关配套制度。

Compared with China, America has great advantages of strict laws and enforcement, advanced technology and perfect service offered by the government in safety in coal mine production. Therefore, in order to do well in coal mine production, we should draw on American experience of ruling by law in safety in coal mine production, further improve our safety legal system and strictly enforce laws and rules related to safety in coal mine production.
