摘要
解决高等教育人文精神缺失问题,一方面应在内因即学校方面下工夫,包括学校端正对素质教育的认识、从制度上加以保障等;另一方面应在外因即社会方面下工夫,包括营造全社会关心支持素质教育的良好环境、构建实施素质教育的制度环境、为实施素质教育提供基本的物质保障等。
To cover humanistic spirit shortage, universities should straighten out their thinking about quality- education, establish and improve related systems, while society at large should be much concerned for quality - education, support the creation of a favourable social environment for it and provide basic material guarantee for it.
