中日高等教育质量评价的特点及社会中介评价机制比较

The Comparison of the Characteristics of Higher Education's Quality Evaluation and the Evaluation Mechanism of Social Agency between China and Japan

高等教育质量评价体系是衡量高等教育成败的关键。科学的质量评价体系应包括多元的评价主体、评价目标、评价方法、评价标准等。本文以社会中介评价机制为切入点,对社会中介评价机制在中日两国高等教育质量评价体系中的现状及扮演角色进行了比较分析,指出社会中介评价机制在我国高等教育领域面临的问题和解决对策。

The quality evaluation system of higher education is the key to evaluate the higher education＇ s achievements. A scientific quality evaluation system must involve the multi- evaluation body, evaluation target, evaluation method, evaluation criterion and so on. The paper makes a comparative analysis on the evaluation mechanism of social agency in the quality evaluation system of higher education between China and Japan. It points out the problems that the evaluation mechanism of social agency faces in China＇ s higher education and offers some resolving tactics.
