摘要
实现馈线的快速保护,关键是多点保护信息的快速交换。从经济角度考虑,馈线保护通信应当与配电网自动化通信相结合。无线通信技术具有灵活性高、成本低的优点。提出一种基于固定无线宽带通信技术的通信组网结构,并在此基础上提出了一种实现馈线快速保护的通信方案。为满足保护信息通信的高可靠性和快速性要求,给出了基于IEEE802·16d标准的空中接口方案。重点对媒体访问控制(MAC)层的上行接入和调度协议进行了扩展。仿真计算结果表明,该方案可以满足馈线快速保护的要求。
The key to realizing feeders' fast relay protection is fast protection message exchange on multiple spots. For economic reasons, the communication scheme for feeders' protection should he combined with distribution automation communication. Wireless communication has such advantages as higher flexibility and lower cost. A network structure based on fixed broadband wireless access technology to realize feeders' fast relay protection is proposed. The interface model based on IEEE 802.16d Standard is given. To meet the requirement of high reliability and rapidity, the access and schedule protocol on the media access control (MAC) layer is expanded. The simulation calculation shows that the scheme proposed can meet the requirement of feeders' fast relay protection.
