摘要
将18.5MBq99Tcm-DTPA(二乙三胺五乙酸)经静脉注入股部荷细菌性脓肿的小鼠体内进行显像和生物分布检测。结果表明注药后短期内即可获显示脓肿灶的满意图像。生物分布检测表明脓肿内放射性在0.5、1、3、6、24h均明显高于对侧未致炎肌肉。脓肿/血液在1h后超过1,至24h升高到2.32±0.33,而肌肉中放射性水平在各时间均明显低于血液。肝/血液上升较缓,肾/血液上升迅速,24h高达21.07±2.47。因此认为99Tcm-DTPA是一种简单有效的较为理想的炎症显像剂。
The imaging and biodistribution of 18.5 MBq 99 Tc m DTPA in mice injected with staphylococcus induced abscesses is carried. The planar images of the whole body and both hind legs of each mouse resected are obtained with SPECT. The abscesses are well located. The count rates of tissues at each time point are determined and then the ratios of different tissue ,s radioactive levels are calculated. The high ratios of A/M at different time are obtained. The results indicate that 99 Tc m DTPA is a simple and useful agent for inflammatory foci localization.
