摘要
在结构保持的多机电力系统拓扑暂态能量函数的基础上,分析故障后暂态能量在网络中的分布变化特点,提出仅依赖电力系统网络局部测量信息的永久性故障重合闸时间的整定方法。该方法可以改善电力系统暂态稳定性,抑制系统振荡。多机实际系统的算例验证了该方法的有效性。
Based on structure-preserving Topological Energy Function for a multi-machine power system, the feature of line transient energy distributing over a network after a transient fault was analyzed in the paper. Setting method on reclosing time for a permanent fault was proposed, which is based on network dynamic variables. The method can improve transient stability and damp the interconnected power system oscillation. Simulations with a real inter-connected power system were performed to verify the applicability of the method proposed.
