摘要 循环流化床锅炉炉内耐磨耐火材料的性能是锅炉稳定运行的重要保证,烘炉质量直接关系到耐磨耐火材料的性能。在传统的采用木材、煤炭等烘炉工艺中,存在加热不均、水分析出不彻底且"死角"多等缺陷,造成耐磨耐火材料在运行中脱落、磨损、坍塌,影响锅炉的稳定运行。通过烘炉工艺的改进,采用热烟气烘炉,克服了上述缺陷,使烘炉质量得到了很大提高,耐磨耐火材料在烘炉后其耐磨性、强度、耐火度、热震稳定性等指标达到了设计要求,提高了耐磨耐火材料的使用寿命,保证了循环流化床锅炉的稳定运行,提高了锅炉年可利用小时数。 The quality of oven baking process is a dominant factor for the performance of wear and fire-resistant materials inside CFB boilers, which is essential to guarantee the stable operation of boilers. There are defects in traditional oven baking processes using wood or coal, such as uneven heating, more dead angles and incomplete water precipitation Thus would affect the normal operation of boilers as a result of the abscission, abrasion and collapsing of wear and fire-resistant materials. Based on this, the hot flue gas was used to improve the oven baking process. The practical application showed that the oven baking quality was improved greatly and the performance of wear and fire-resistant materials met the design requirements. In addition, such measures have extended the life of wear and fire-resistant materials, guaranteed the stable operation and increased the availability of CFB boilers.
