发电企业核心竞争力评价指标体系的研究

Research on the index system to evaluate the core competence of independent power generation enterprise

核心竞争力是企业获得持续发展的竞争优势的基础。根据独立发电企业核心竞争力的基本涵义和特征提出了其构成的基本要素,从资源能力、技术能力、制度能力、管理能力、企业文化和学习能力5个构成要素出发,构建了独立发电企业核心竞争力的评价指标体系及其评价模型;并以价值链为分析工具,建立了价值链再造和价值链优化2种培育模式。

Core competence is the base to get competitive advantage for sustainable development. The elements to form core competence were put forward according to the implication and primary features of independent power generation enterprise. The index system and its evaluation model were built based on five composition elements such as resource capability, technology capability, system capability, management capability and culture capability. Taking value chain as analyzing tool, two kinds of cultivation patterns were established, i. e. value chain again re-construction and value chain optimization.
