摘要 以钛酸正丁酯、无水乙醇和冰醋酸为原料,采用溶胶—凝胶法制备了Fe^(3+)掺杂的TiO_2纳米薄膜。考察了其催化降解甲基蓝实验中的光催化活性和杀菌性能。并通过XRD、SEM等手段分析了Fe^(3+)掺杂TiO_2样品的相组成和表面形貌。在450℃时最佳反应物配比浓度为钛酸正丁酯:无水乙醇:冰醋酸:蒸馏水=1:4:1.5:0.2 (摩尔比),Fe^(3+)掺杂对TiO_2薄膜光催化性有着重要的影响。 The nanometer TiO2 film doped with Fe^3+ were prepared from TiCo(C4H9)4, alcohol and acetic acid glacial by sol-gel processing. The photocatalytic activity of samples on the decomposition of methyl blue under UV irradiation was discussed. The influence of phase composition and the micrograph of the film were analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Results showed that Fe^3+ doping increased the photocatalytic activity of TiO2 film effectively, the fitting doping concentration was 1 : 4 : 1.5 at the temperature of 450℃.
