Analysis and implementation of MRP in MRPⅡ

物料需求计划MRP(Material Request Planning)是在制造资源计划系统中占有重要地位,是MRPⅡ系统实现的核心。MRP系统根据主生产计划、物料清单和库存信息计算生产对零件需求的详细信息。在分析MRP的工作逻辑和工作原理的基础上,针对MRP的计算逻辑及BOM的数据结构及处理方法等关键问题进行了深入研究,并提出解决方案。最后结合某机械加工厂的生产和运行实际,给出应用实例。

MRP is the core of MRPII system. MRP system provides the detail information for production referencing the main plan schema, bill of materials and stocks information. The computing logic of MRP and the data structure and process method of BOM were studied on the basis of the analyzing of the working logic and principle of MRP. The corresponding resolutions were provided later. At last, the implementation of these technology in a machinery factory was given as an instance.
