BROWNIAN DYNAMICS SIMULATION OF FENE DUMBBELL MODELS WITH CONFIGURATION DEPENDENT FRICTION COEFFICIENTS

摘要 采用非平衡态Brown动力学方法(NEBD)模拟FENE哑铃分子模型在定常拉伸流动和突然开始拉伸流动中的运动,计算流变性质,考虑位形相关Stokes阻力系数等模型参数的影响,并从非线性随机动力学角度,分析相图。 Results of nonequilibrium Brownian dynamics simulations of the steady state and transient rheological behavior of nonlinear elastic dumbbell models in elongational flow is reported. The simulations include exa min ation of the effects of configuration dependent friction coefficients and spring parameter. The nonlinear random dynamical theory is used to analyze phase diagrams and an interpretation of no S shaped curves for the elongational viscosity or for the mean square end to end distance is given.
