摘要
用二级轻气炮发射圆柱形、球形钢射弹以不同的角度撞击带不同厚度钢盖板的 TNT/RDX(40/60)炸药,得到了不同条件下引发炸药爆轰的阈值射弹速度。可以用vd~ (1/2)=(1 +k)[A+Bh/(dcosθ)]描述临界引爆条件。对于带钢盖板的TNT/RDX(40/60)炸药,A= 3.33.B=5.34;圆柱形平头射弹撞击,k≈θ/75°,球形射弹撞击,k≈0.5+0.2(1/cosθ-1)。由 此,本研究将Jacobs 引爆判据推广到了斜碰撞条件。
Cylindric and spherical steel projectiles were launched by using a twostage light gas gun at LSD to impact onto an explosive charge (TNT/RDX=40/60)with a steel cover plate. Critical projectile velocity to initiate the detonation in the charge is obtained for various projectile attacking angles and different cover plate thicknesses.Our experimental results show that we can use a modified or generalized Jacobs criterionvd^(1/2)= (1+ k) [A + Bh/dcosθ)]to formulate the critical initiaion condition for oblique impact. Here v is the projectile velocity,d is the projectile diameter,h is the plate thickness,θ is the attack angle,A and Bare material arameters related to explosives and the cover plate(for steel plate-covered TNT/RDX=40/60 explosives,A=3. 33 and B= 5. 34). k is a coefficient related both to the geometry of the projectile head and to the attacking angle θ. For truncated cylindric steel projectile,k≈θ/75° and for spherical steel projectile k≈0.5+0. 2(1/cosθ-1 ). Wethus extend the Jacobs criterion to a form suitable for oblique impact.
