高效液相色谱-串联质谱法快速检测鳗鱼及烤鳗中硝基呋喃类代谢物残留 被引量:6

Fast Detection of Nitrofuran Metabolite Residues in Eel and Roasted eel by HPLC-MS-MS

摘要 研究并建立了鳗鱼及烤鳗中硝基呋喃类代谢物残留的快速检测方法,样品经酸解、衍生后以混合酸碱指示剂监控调节pH值,再提取净化,HPLC-MS/MS测定。应用混合酸碱指示剂直接监控pH值的调节,终点直观,操作简便快速,明显提高实验室工效,所选指示剂对pH值的监控能力满足要求,采用该法,4种硝基呋喃类代谢物在鳗鱼肌肉中添加(1.0~2.0μg/kg)回收率范围为62.7%~120%,RSD≤19.9%。AOZ、SEM、AHD、AMOZ检测限分别为0.1、0.5、0.5、0.1μg/kg,符合残留分析要求。 A fast method has been developed to determine the residues of nitrofurna metabolites (AOZ, SEM,AHD,AMOZ) in eel and roasted eel by HPLC-MS-MS coupled with acid-base indicator was studied and established in this paper. The acid-base indicator has improved the pH adjustment to shorten the pretreated procedure. The spike recoveries of four nitrofuran metabolites are in the range of 62.7%~120% in the levels of 1.0~2.0μg/kg in eel. The relative standard deviation (RSD) falls≤19.9%. The detection of limits for AOZ,SEM,AHD,AMOZ are 0.1,0. 5,0.5,0. 1μ/kg, respectively. It is accord with the demend of residual analysis.
