摘要
以富贵菜(Gynura divaricata(L.)DC.)为实验材料,分别测定其在(5±1)℃、(10±1)℃、常温(23±2)℃3种温度下贮藏过程中的失重率、叶绿素、呼吸强度、丙二醛、细胞膜透性、SOD、POD、CAT等衰老生理指标的变化。结果表明:(5±1)℃下,能显著抑制鲜切富贵菜贮藏期间的呼吸强度和蒸腾失水,保持较低的膜透性、丙二醛含量和较高的叶绿素含量以及SOD、POD、CAT活性,从而延缓富贵菜的衰老,延长了贮藏寿命。
With Gynura divaricata (L.) DC. as the experiment material, senescence physiology indexes such as weight loss, chlorophyll, respiratory intensity, MDA content, membrane permeability, SOD, POD, CAT activity were studied under (5 ± 1 )℃, ( 10 ± 1 )℃, and room temperature[(23 ± 2℃ ) ]. Experiment re- suits showed that: (5±1)℃ low temperature can greatly reduce weight loss, and inhibit respiratory intensity, and maintain lower levels of membrane permeability and MDA content and higher chlorophyll content, SOD, POD, CAT activity.
