摘要
总结了催化裂化反再系统数学建模的特殊技巧。根据洛阳石化实际原料油的来源相对固定的情况,采取了"机理模型加经验统计模型互相弥补、稳态模型加瞬态动态特性补偿"的方法。阐述了6种在实践中比较实用的模型参数确定的独特经验:如何取得有效数据、用机理模型计算结果与数学统计模型的计算结果比较来确定参数、模型参数的长期实验校正等。所建立的模型的稳态精度和动态精度较高并且计算速度满足快速仿真的要求,在实践中取得了较好的经济效益。
The paper summarizes the special skill used For FCC simulation modeling. Because the resource of oil in Luoyang Refinery is seldom changed, a method of “mechainsm model plus statistic model, and steady model plus transient dynamic characteristic compensating” is used. The paper shows six sorts of special experiences for determining parameters of model: how to get available data, determining parameters of model by comparing theoretical model with static model and revising parameter of model for long time etc. The steady precision and dynamic precision of model are exact and the speed of calculation is fit for simulation . The software has gotten better economical benefit.
