摘要
针对热轧带钢层流冷却过程缺乏精确的数学模型,传统的smith预估器对该过程难以达到满意的控制效果,而常规模糊控制具有不依赖数学模型的特点,但存在隶属度和控制规则一旦确定后无法更改的缺点,文中将变论域模糊控制的方法应用到smith预估器中,较好地克服了常规模糊控制和传统的smith预估器控制所存在的主要问题,通过仿真实验分析,该控制器调节时间短、响应快,且能有效消除纯滞后环节所产生的振荡,改善常规的smith预估器、单独的模糊控制器的控制效果,对具有大延迟、非线性的系统,具有一定的应用价值。
For lack of precise model in laminar cooling process in hot strip mill, traditional Smith Predictor is difficult to acquire satisfactory control result. The common fuzzy control has the problem that the membership degree and control regulation can not be modified and is not good at the selfadaptive ability. A fuzzy control project based on variable region control is proposed in this paper for solving the existing problem. The controller can carry out regulation in short time with fast response, and can effectively eliminate the oscillatory instability, improve the control result of the conventional Smith predictor and fuzzy control. The results of simulation experiments prove that this project is correct and practicable for the delay and nonlinear system.
