摘要
为实现复杂产品虚拟样机集成开发过程管理,提出了包含项目层、宏观过程层和微观过程层三个层次的层次化过程集成模型,项目层面向过程任务分解,宏观过程层建立全局工作流,进行全局过程监控,微观过程层面向任务内部的自动规划,层次化过程集成模型实现了虚拟样机开发过程的自顶向下过程规划和控制与自底向上过程反馈与协调。通过对项目、任务与工作流模型的研究,以共享数据库形式实现了虚拟样机集成开发过程的项目管理、工作流管理和产品数据管理的功能和信息集成,建立了集成体系结构,提出了扩展赋时着色Petri网的全局工作流分析与仿真方法,为复杂产品虚拟样机开发的过程管理提供了有力支持。
To realize development process management of virtual prototype of complex product, a three layered process integration model was presented which includes project layer, global process layer and micro process layer. Task decomposition, global workflow control and process auto plan within tasks were carried out in each layer respectively. Top - down programming and bottom - up feedback of the process were realized. The function and information integration with shared database of project management, work/low management and PDM of the development process were analyzed by researching the project, task and work/low model, and the process integration architecture was built. The extended timed - colored Petri net was proposed to analyse and simulate global process. It can effectively support the development process management of virtual prototype of complex product.
