DG—931^#DG—932^#服装革涂饰剂的研制

摘要 丙烯酸混合酯80~96份、丙烯腈8~15份、丙烯酸1~2份、交联剂2.0~5份、引发剂适量、乳化剂适量、水200~250份,在80~86℃下搅拌发生自由基聚合反应5~6小时,反应结束后,降温、调pH至6~7、常温下过滤出料即为成品。本品适用于各种服装革的涂饰。图2,表6。 The preparation of the title product is as follows: the mixture of acrlic mixed ester 80~96, acrylonitrile 8~15, acrylic acid 1~2, crossliking agent 2.0~5, water 200~250 parts, and suitable amounts of primer and emulsifier, by stirring at 80-86 ℃, take place radical polymerization, and the reaction will last 5~6 hours, followed by the treatments as the temperature reduction, adjustment of pH to 6~7, and filtration at normal temperature, and at last the product is given, which is suitable for the finishes of garment leathers.
