DG—931^#DG—932^#服装革涂饰剂的研制

丙烯酸混合酯８０～９６份、丙烯腈８～１５份、丙烯酸１～２份、交联剂２．０～５份、引发剂适量、乳化剂适量、水２００～２５０份，在８０～８６℃下搅拌发生自由基聚合反应５～６小时，反应结束后，降温、调ｐＨ至６～７、常温下过滤出料即为成品。本品适用于各种服装革的涂饰。图２，表６。

The preparation of the title product is as follows: the mixture of acrlic mixed ester 80～96, acrylonitrile 8～15, acrylic acid 1～2, crossliking agent 2.0～5, water 200～250 parts, and suitable amounts of primer and emulsifier, by stirring at 80-86 ℃, take place radical polymerization, and the reaction will last 5～6 hours, followed by the treatments as the temperature reduction, adjustment of pH to 6～7, and filtration at normal temperature, and at last the product is given, which is suitable for the finishes of garment leathers.
