摘要
纺织工业付产品羊毛脂在７０～８０℃下皂化加氢，然后在５０℃下加入２０％Ｈ２ＳＯ４进行酸化，再水洗、脱色制得精制羊毛脂。精制羊毛脂在１１０～１４０℃下与乙酐反应可制得乙酰化羊毛脂。精制羊毛脂和乙酰化羊毛脂均可做为皮革加脂剂的原料组份。将工业羊毛脂进行工艺处理得其精品，即精制羊毛脂３０～４０％，其它羊毛脂醇、羊毛脂酸各占二分之一，在此基础上又进行乙酰化羊毛脂试验，经辽宁省各部委鉴定，有关专家和厂家应用试验，得到一致好评。
The byproduct from textile industry, lanolin is under saponification hydrogenated at 70～80 ℃,then added with 20 H 2 SO 4 at 50℃ for acidification, subsequently cleaned with water, and decolored to produce refine lanolin. The refined lanolin is reacted with acetic anhydride to obtain acetylated lanolin. Both refined lanolin and acetylated lanolin are used as raw materials for preparing leather fatliquors.
