摘要
上海京银大厦裙房框架柱柱距8.20m,因使用功能改变需将底层两根中柱拔除,使框架梁跨度增加一倍。经方案比较,采用了预应力转换梁加固技术,介绍了预应力加固设计方法和构造措施,并对拔柱过程进行了测试。测试结果表明,工程的加固设计方法和施工措施正确,满足规范要求。
The frame column bay of Shanghai Jingyin Building annex is 8.20m. Two middle columns on the first floor are needed to be taken-out due to the changing of service function, therefore the frame span becomes twice. Through the comparison of the retrofitting plans, the retrofitting technique of prestressing transfer beam is adopted. The prestressed design method and detail measures are introduced. Execution test on taking-out column process is conducted. The test results show that the retrofitting design method and construction measures on this project are successful.
