摘要
目的测定幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染不同胃肠疾病患者胃液胃酸pH、尿素、氨及抗-HpIgA的含量,分析其在Hp感染中作用。方法用微玻璃电极法测定胃液pH值;用干式化学分析仪测定胃液尿素和氨的含量;Hp感染的鉴定采用尿素酶试验及组织wS银染方法,两者均阳性者确定为Hp阳性;采用ELISA方法测定胃液抗-HpIgA含量。结果Hp感染患者胃液pH含量与正常对照组有显著差异(p<0.05),尿素、氨含量差异更为显著(p<0.01);不同胃酸分泌情况下Hp的阳性率有显著差异(p<0.05);胃液pH与抗-HpIgA含量呈强正线性相关(r=0.926,p<0.01)。结论测定胃液胃酸、尿素和氨有助于Hp感染的诊断,胃液pH可能会影响IgA的含量及Hp的感染情况。
Objective:To investigate the significance of the levels of pH, urea, ammonia and lgA oi the gastric Juice in Helicobater pylori infected patients. Methods We analysed gastric Juice in 319 gastrointestinal patients at-tending upper endoscopy for the levels of pH, urea,ammonia and IgA. In addition, the presence of Helicobater pylori was examined by fast urease test and Warthin-Starry stain.Results The levels of pH, urea, ammonia and IgA of the gastric Juice in Helicobater pylori infected patients were significantly different with controls(pH p〈0.05,urea and ammonia p〈0.0l ).There was a significant difference of Helicobater pylori infection in patients with different gastric pH(p〈0.05), and there also was a close correlation between gastric pH and the presence of IgA(r=0.926, p〈0.01). Conclusion Detecting the levels of pH, urea,ammonia maybe useful for Helicobater pylori infection diagnosis,and gastric pH may influence the level of IgA in the gastric Juice and infection of Helicobater pylori.
