目的中小学生正值生长发育的关键时期,午餐的营养供应和食品安全非常重要。本文拟就目前中小学生午餐供应现状及常见的营养与食品安全方面存在的主要问题做出分析并提出解决办法。

Objective Primary and middle school students are in the key time for growth , it is important for the lunch to be nutritive and safe. This study is to analyse and solve the main problem about supplying status and nu-tritional and food security of lunch for primary and middle school students.
