Worldwide environmental problems in the contemporary society are ultimately caused by improper dealing with relations between human activities and natural ecology in the process of social development.Therefore,it is necessary for human being to rebuild a new kind of civilization,that is,to build a conservation-oriented society so as to promote harmonious unification of human and nature.Its internal dynamic originates from the ecologically ethical constraints.
