摘要
目的:研究番茄红素对实验性高脂血症模型小鼠血脂及抗氧化系统的影响。方法:48只6周龄雄性昆明种小鼠随机分为模型组,番茄红素低、中、高剂量组,三个剂量组分别预防性给予不同剂量番茄红素(5、10、20mg/kg.bw),两周后,以高胆固醇膳食诱导建立小鼠高脂血症模型,观察LP对小鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)含量及肝脏超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。结果:与模型组相比,各剂量组的番茄红素可不同程度地降低血清TC、TG浓度,提高血清HDL-C含量,并可上调肝匀浆中SOD和CAT活力,降低MDA含量(P(0.05)。结论:预防性给予番茄红素,可降低高脂血症小鼠血清脂质水平,提高肝脏抗氧化酶活力,对高脂血症的发生具有一定的抑制作用。
Objective :To investigate the protective effect of lycopene (LP)on serum lipid and liver antioxidant status in hyperlipidemia mice. Methods :48 km male mice ,6 weeks old, were divided randomly by weight into the model, low, middle and high LP( 5,10,20, mg/kg bw)group. Two weeks later, all mice were fed with foods abundant in cholesterol for 2 weeks to establish model of hyperlipidemia. Serum total cholesterol ( TC ), total triglycerides (TG) and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol( HDL-C), as well as liver superoxide dismutae( SOD), catalase ( CAT), maleic dialdehyde (MDA) were determined for the four groups. Results:Compared with the model group, LP reduced serum TC,TG and liver MDA significantly. Furthermore, LP increased serum HDL-C and liver SOD, CAT activity ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion: Pretreatment with LP inhibits initiation and development of hyperlipidemia effectively.
