摘要
建立了用HPLC方法对葡萄籽提取物中OPC的含量进行定量分析。此方法的建立是基于不同聚合度之间的原花青素具有不同的分子极性,进行HPLC分析时具有不同的保留时间。通过计算保留时间在0到60分钟所有物质的峰面积之和为单体和OPC物质的峰面积,由OPC和单体的峰面积占整个峰面积的百分比减出单体的含量来表示葡萄籽提取物中OPC的含量。
The paper uses HPLC method to determine the quantity of ope in grape seed extract. The method is based that the different degree of polymerization proanthocyanidins has different polarity of molecule,so the retention times are different by hplc analysise. In this method,The peak area between retention times 0 and 60 minutes is the peak area of the monomers and 0PC, the peak area divided by whole peak area deduction monomers quantity equals to the ope quantity in grape seed extract.
