摘要 ADS1271是具有高带宽的24位模/数转换器,他实现了DC精度与AC性能的突破性结合。ADS1271拥有50 kHz的带宽,105 SPS的转换速率,1.8μV/℃的失调漂移以及高达109 dB的信噪比。介绍了ADS1271的内部结构及主要特性、引脚功能,并对ADS1271的应用系统设计时需要重点考虑的几个问题进行了详细的论述,同时给出了ADS1271与单片机AT89C51连接的具体设计实例。 The ADS1271 is a 24 -bit delta- sigma Analog -to- Digital Converter (ADC)with wide bandwidth. It offers an unique combination of excellent DC accuracy and outstanding AC performance. Its Bandwidth is 50 kHz, its data rate is 105kSPS,its offset drift is 1.8μV/℃,and its Signal to Noise Rate (SNR) is up to 109dE. This paper introduces the construction,the main work characteristics and the pin assignments of the ADS1271. It also presents some problems to be considered when designing the application system with ADS1271. It simultaneously provides the interface between ADS1271 and AT89C51 as an application.
