Design and Development of Rural Power Meter Management Subsystem

计量管理关系到电量电费计算的准确性和农电企业的经济效益。而对计量的管理一直分散在各供电营业所,信息资源不统一,数据不能共享。在分析数据间关系的基础上,阐述了数据库的设计、权限的设置、子系统与校验仪的接口以及子系统的主要功能等内容,实现了集中管理,解决了数据不能共享的问题,提高了系统的安全性。

Meter management relates to accuracy of counting electric quantity and charge for electricity, and relates to profits of the rural power enterprise. But meter management is divided into different power supply station,it causes information resource not to be unified and data cannot share. On the basis of analyzing data,it explains contents such as database design,es- tablishment of authority,interface of the subsystem,check gauge and main function of the subsystem. It has not only realized centralized management and solved the problem which data can＇t share but also improved systematic security.
