云南省硫酸工业的发展

Development in Yunnan Province's Sulphuric Acid Industry

“八五”期间，云南省磷复肥工业的快速发展直接带动了全省硫酸工业的发展，硫酸产量由１９９０年的４１９ｋｔ增加到１９９５年的９８９ｋｔ，年均增长２７４４％，硫酸装置主要分布在昆明、红河州等经济发达、工业集中的硫磷产区，原料以硫铁矿为主，新建的装置采用酸洗净化及两转两吸等先进技术。“九五”期间新增硫酸的原料以硫磺为主，国家应给予政策支持，加快实施技改和新建项目，实现２０００年硫酸产量达到３０００ｋｔ。

Abstract The rapid development of phosphate compound fertilizer industry had directly promoted the development of sulphuric acid industry in Yunnan Province during the Eighth Five-Year Plan period,resulting in an increase in sulphuric acid output from 419kt in 1990,by 27 44% on an average,to 989kt in 1995.The sulphuric acid plants were mainly distributed over such economically developed and industry concentrated phosphor-and sulphur-producing areas as Kunming and Honghezhou.Pyrite was used as the main raw material and some advanced technique including weak acid scrubbing process and double absorption technology was adopted.The sulphuric acid plants to be installed during the Ninth Five-Year Plan period will mainly be based on sulphur burning and the total output is expected to be 300kt in 2000.
