一种高精度相位测量方法

A Method of Phase Measurement with High Precision

介绍了利用通过增加计数脉冲频率和同步测量信号多个周期来提高相位测量精度的方法,提出了一种通过外部芯片高速计数来提高相差的测量精度的措施,利用单片机实现精确测量较宽频带范围信号的相位方法。实验结果表明,本文介绍方法能实现高精度的相位测量,具有较好的实用价值。

The paper introduces a method to improve the phase measurement precision by increasing the frequency of count impulse and the cycle of in - phase measurement signal. Then the paper presents a phase measure method by single chip to realize the high measure precision of wide frequency band signal which use a external chip to improve the measure precision. Experiments result shows that the method could reach a high phase measure precision. It has a better practical value.
