摘要 虽然我国各个地区的煤矿在煤层地质构造、开采方式和工作环境方面有很大的差异,但无一例外的是煤矿井下的空气中都含有大量煤尘,其中在空气中长期停留的粒径小于10μm的颗粒PM10与火灾中生成的烟雾粒子一样,能对电离室电阻值发生影响。文章通过计算对离子感烟器始终存在着影响的由PM10产生的"本底烟雾值",得出了离子式感烟探测器可以在煤矿井下对火灾进行早期预报的结论,并采用MC145018成功地开发出了离子式感烟器。 Despite the great differences of geological structure of coal-bed, mining manner and working condition in coal mine in various areas of our country, the air in coal mine has a lot of coal dust, involve PM10 particles that can exist long time in air and its diameter less than 10μm. These particles will affect resistance value of ionization chamber as same as particles of fire fog. The paper calculated the "base fog value" of ionic smoke inductor aroused by PM10, and the conclusion from the calculation was elicited that the ionic smoke inductor can be used in coal mine to forecast fire. And a mine-used ionic smoke inductor was successfully developed with MC145018.
