摘要
以干青蒿叶粉末为原料,搅拌速度、溶剂量、温度、时间和原料粒度为考察因素,设计五因素四水平正交试验,研究青蒿素最佳提取条件。结果表明,青蒿素最佳提取条件为搅拌速度800 r/min,溶剂量60 mL(1 g原料),提取温度50℃,提取时间120 min,原料粒度0.25 mm。
The powder of dried Sweet Wormwood Herb was used as experiment material, and the speed of stirring, amount of solvent, temperature, time and granularity of material were set as the investigating factors. Based on the orthogonal experiments with 5 factors and 4 levels in 3 repeats, the optimal condition of artemisinin extraction was confirmed, i.e. 800 r/min of speed, 60 mL of solvent amount (per gram of material), 50℃ of extraction temperature, 120 min of extraction time and 60 meshes of material granularity.
