从创建模拟仿真与真实职业环境相结合的开放型轨道牵引实训中心、校企共建专兼职教师队伍和建立"作业流程为导向"的专业课程体系入手,探索出一条"校企合作、工学结合"的"专业+项目+服务"的新型专业建设模式。

This paper focuses on researching the new specialty construction pattern of “Specialty,Project and Service” for “cooperation of colleges and enterprises,work-study combination” of engineering specialties in higher professional college.From introduced foreign educational theory to carried out in domestic college,the new professional education thought and pattern fit into engineering specialties was researched continuously.
