ABSTRACTING Method Studies of Alkaloids in Radix Sophora flavescentis

本文以植物苦参为原料，经酸萃取法提取苦参生物碱，研究了温度、时间、酸浓度对苦参生物碱萃取的影响，并给出了毒性试验和药效试验结果。

:The abstracting method of alkoloids in radix Sophora flavescentis was studied in this paper.The influences of temperature,time,acid concentration on abstraction were studied.The results of the toxic test and control effect against pest were given.
